Qualifications

• Experience estimating in fire alarm, life safety, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of estimating principles and bidding processes.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, drawings, and bid documents to determine project scope.
• Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates with minimal supervision.
• Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
