Job summary

The successful candidate will contribute to fire protection system design, life safety analyses, and code interpretations while working in a collaborative Denver-area office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or Fire Sciences; other engineering with fire protection exp considered.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• EIT or FE exam progress with ability to obtain EIT within one year.
• PE licensure preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work on a highly motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire and life safety code analysis and egress analysis.
• Design and analyze automatic suppression systems, fire detection, alarms, and mass notification systems.
• Conduct life safety concept reviews, performance-based design, and site inspections.
