Qualifications

• Must meet and maintain all state, county, and municipal certification requirements for EMR.
• Must meet and maintain all licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions accurately.
• Strong teamwork, professional demeanor, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency scenes including fire, medical, bomb threats, and other incidents.
• Arrives on scene, assesses situation, relays needs to dispatch and supervisor.
• Performs rescue procedures for vehicle, machinery, high and low angle scenarios.
• Executes fire suppression using apparatus, hydrants, hoses, extinguishers.
• Responds to hazardous materials and containment of spills.
• Assesses and transports patients to onsite medical clinic when needed.
• Relays patient data to medical personnel and follows protocols.
• Performs triage during mass casualty events and maintains logs.
