The role focuses on scheduling preventative maintenance, dispatching field technicians for emergencies, and maintaining strong client communication to guarantee timely service delivery. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least three years in technical customer service related to fire alarm and life safety systems, plus dispatching or scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 years of technical customer service experience required, related to Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems preferred.
• Minimum 3-years of dispatching or related field experience.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience, with fire safety experience as a plus.
• Position is subject to an additional customer background check.
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls with zero backlogs.
• Utilize dispatch board to update service schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Dispatch technicians for emergencies and follow through to resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, verify details, and keep them updated on status.
