Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Fire Protection Designer to support the Buildings Engineering team. You will develop fire alarm, fire suppression, and special hazard system designs under limited supervision, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project documents.

We value experience with Revit and AutoCAD, strong communication skills, and knowledge of NFPA/ICC codes. This role is based in a collaborative, design-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years fire protection design experience preferred.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ICC and NFPA codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop fire protection system plans.
