Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire and life safety system projects, ensure sound design, seamless installation, and professional commissioning. You will work with sales, installation and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and leadership of field operations. An RME - G license is required. NICET certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of PM experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of applicable code requirements.
• Ability to estimate and propose change orders.
• Read and interpret system designs on blueprints and specs.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment within schedule and budget.
• Ensure project stays on budget, identify overruns, implement mitigations.
• Assist in estimate development and understand scope ahead of start date.
• Maintain open communication with customers, contractors, and partners.
• Review design drawings for conformance with regs and standards.
• Collaborate with finance on billings and approvals.
• Manage project financials including job costs, billing, margins.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety programs.
