Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• NICET II+ Fire Alarm certification preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA fire codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-project scope with schedule coordination and cost tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors and track progress of deliverables.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance across projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and client communications.
• Support billing processes and change orders with Finance.
