Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in the fire and life safety industry; 3+ years preferred.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• NICET Level II or higher certification preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license; eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal aspects: billing, job cost reporting, customer satisfaction.
• Deliver results for process steps and guide staff.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources for multiple small projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Assist with subcontractor contracting and project close-out documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue change-order opportunities.
