Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage NFPA inspection reports and compliance uploads with timely turnaround.
• Monitor regulatory timelines and deadlines (30-day and 60-day periods).
• Coordinate testing schedules across multiple locations and communicate with internal teams.
• Maintain customer records and account information for multi-site customers.
• Assist the service department in rapid-response situations for outages or emergencies.
• Support overall fire life safety workflow and documentation.
