Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. seeks a security professional to observe and report activities at client sites, ensuring safety of property and personnel. You will perform tours, enforce site regulations, and communicate effectively with staff and visitors.

The role requires licenses (T-89/F89, NYS Security Guard) and a relevant fire/security degree; ability to stand for long periods; flexibility for overtime and weekend work. This is a full-time on-site position in New York.

Qualifications

• Valid T-89 or F89 FDNY Fire Life Safety Director license.
• Valid NYS Security Guard license; hotel FLSD experience preferred.
• Associate or higher degree in a fire/security related field; preferred but not required.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
• Protective security experience a plus; knowledge of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Multiple tours of the facility during the shift.
• Operate radio/telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Assist residents/customers with access control issues.
• Tour the entire facility multiple times per shift.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday 3pm to 11pm

Pay Range

Up to USD $29.00/Hr.

Responsibilities
