Job summary
NANA Worley seeks fire protection engineers and specialists for multiple classifications at its Anchorage, AK headquarters. This full-time role supports design, testing, and implementation of fire and gas protection systems within a multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates should have an ABET-accredited degree, EIT/FE or PE credentials, and oil and gas experience. You will review drawings, develop specs, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of oil and gas industry experience; EIT/FE preferred.
- PE license strongly desired for senior roles.
- Experience in fire protection engineering for major industrial projects preferred.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multi-discipline teams with client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes client design proposals and specifications.
- Develops project scope, estimates, and schedules with clients.
- Reviews and approves project drawings, standards, and specs.
- Directs construction, installation, testing to meet design criteria.
- Ensures compliance with codes and regulations.
- Provides technical direction to other specialists and engineers.
