Job description

Responsibilities:
Respond to all emergencies in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Operate various emergency equipment required by the Scope of Practice.
Inspect all emergency equipment, apparatuses, and personal protective equipment in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and manufacturers' recommendations.
Conduct inspections following FM Global and organizational policies and procedures.
Inspect fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and associated fire protection systems according to organizational policies and procedures.
Assist with Public Fire Prevention and Education Programs, including but not limited to fire extinguisher training and fire drills.
Participate in required training programs to meet certification standards, including specialized training for equipment used in duties.
Maintain all professional certifications.

Outcomes:
Ensure all reports, documents, and records are completed according to organizational policies and procedures.
Properly plan, respond, mitigate, and recover from various emergency situations as outlined by the Scope of Services.
Inspect, maintain, and operate all emergency equipment according to organizational policies, procedures, and manufacturers' recommendations.
Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
