Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; professional licensure preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in engineering design or related field.
• Professional Engineering license preferred; additional certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers within the Fire Engineering discipline.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage performance and career development.
• Oversee project staffing, schedules, budgets and quality control.
