Waukesha County Technical College is seeking an experienced EMS instructor to lead curriculum development and coordinate clinical/field experiences. The role emphasizes teaching excellence, student assessment, and collaboration with clinical partners within the Fire & EMS Training department.

Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance, maintaining resources, and pursuing ongoing professional development while supporting a year-round, full-time teaching schedule with diverse hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain course curriculum aligned to standards; ensure clinical/field requirements meet credentialing standards.
• Plan, deliver and facilitate student learning with ongoing quality feedback.
• Assess learning outcomes at course, program, and college levels for EMS rotations.
• Collect, report, and analyze data to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate clinical and field experiences for all EMS levels; evaluate site effectiveness.
