Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician role focused on maintaining small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems to ensure reliable operation.

You will inspect and service fire doors and life safety equipment to NFPA 80 standards, diagnose issues, and contribute to safe, compliant facilities. Strong communication and basic software skills help coordinate work orders and support energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect and service fire doors and life safety systems to NFPA 80 standards.
• Diagnose problems, perform repairs, and assist with installation of equipment and systems.
