911 Emergency Communications in the United States is seeking capable Fire Dispatchers for Cleveland, WI to coordinate response to fires, rescues, and other emergencies. You will receive incident information, alert resources, and maintain clear radio communications.

This role requires organized information handling, accurate data entry, and adherence to established response plans. Dispatch duties may include overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime during major incidents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and document reports of fires, rescues, alarms, and hazards
• Verify incident locations, access details, and reported risks
• Alert stations and dispatch apparatus using approved response plans
• Monitor radio channels, unit availability, and incident status
• Relay occupant and hazard information and changing conditions
• Process requests for additional resources through established procedures
• Coordinate mutual-aid communications when needed
• Record dispatch times, unit movements, and incident updates
