Job summary

SERVPRO of Alexandria/Marlton/Morningside in Winchester, VA or Alexandria, VA is seeking an experienced Fire & Contents Division Manager to lead our Fire & Contents Restoration Division. You will drive project execution, build a strong team, maintain customer satisfaction, and improve profitability across the division.

This hands-on leadership role requires managing project schedules, budgeting, and staffing while upholding SERVPRO processes and quality standards to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• Experience in fire restoration or restoration operations management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong budgeting, job costing, and profitability understanding.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to align with SERVPRO processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fire & Contents Division, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
• Manage project schedules, workloads, resources, and overall division performance.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Review project estimates, budgets, and bids for accuracy and financial performance.
• Ensure job documentation and required system uploads are accurate and completed on time.
• Step in to support project management activities when needed.
• Lead, coach, and support Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and restoration team members.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the restoration process.
• Address customer concerns and resolve project-related issues professionally.
• Conduct weekly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to review project status, deadlines, and priorities.
• Maintain effective communication with other divisions and company leadership.
• Participate in leadership meetings and operational planning.
