Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fire & Contents Division, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
• Manage project schedules, workloads, resources, and overall division performance.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Review project estimates, budgets, and bids for accuracy and financial performance.
• Ensure job documentation and required system uploads are accurate and completed on time.
• Step in to support project management activities when needed.
• Lead, coach, and support Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and restoration team members.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the restoration process.
• Address customer concerns and resolve project-related issues professionally.
• Conduct weekly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to review project status, deadlines, and priorities.
• Maintain effective communication with other divisions and company leadership.
• Participate in leadership meetings and operational planning.

SERVPRO of Alexandria/Marlton/Morningside is looking for an experienced and motivated Fire & Contents Division Manager to lead our Fire & Contents Restoration Division.

We are seeking a hands‑on leader who can manage restoration projects, develop a strong team, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency and profitability.

This position may be based out of either our Winchester, VA, or Alexandria, VA location.

What You'll Do

Division Leadership & Operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces when necessary.
• Ability to perform physical activities associated with restoration operations.
• Ability to work around cleaning agents and restoration equipment.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
