Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a qualified Specialty Systems Technician to install, troubleshoot and maintain voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security and nurse call systems on customer sites. The role demands significant travel and a proactive approach to safety while ensuring quality workmanship.

The position requires the EST Apprenticeship program (if applicable), and a willingness to travel 60-75% with early starts, typically 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• EST Apprenticeship completion is required or applicable.
• Travel availability of 60-75% is expected.
• Work schedule spans 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; nights/weekends/holidays may occur.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, nurse call, and related systems.
• Analyze blueprints for job site knowledge.
• Evaluate tasks and plan equipment, procedures and training needs.
• Lead small crews (2-5 electricians).
• Enforce safety standards per OSHA and client requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relations and problem-solving on site.
• Perform other related duties as required.
