Faith Technologies is seeking a Specialty Systems Technician to install, troubleshoot and maintain voice, data, fiber optics and security systems on diverse projects. The role requires interpreting blueprints, planning tasks, and guiding small crews of 2–5 electricians.

Travel is heavy (60–75%), with a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays to meet customer demands. Safety and customer relations are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable).
• Travel: 60-75%
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; nights/weekends/holidays may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provides installation and troubleshooting for voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, nurse call, etc.
• Analyzes blueprints effectively for job site knowledge.
• Evaluates upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needs.
• Demonstrates ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
• Leads small crews (2-5 electricians).
• Enforces a safe job site and maintains compliance with safety standards.
• Demonstrates excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving.
• Performs other related duties as required.
