Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Specialty Systems Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain a broad range of systems including voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV and nurse call. The role requires blueprint analysis, proactive task assessment, and the ability to lead small crews on projects of varying scope.

Travel will be 60-75% with work hours typically 6 am–6 pm Monday through Friday, and may include nights, weekends, or holidays based on customer

Qualifications

• Completion of EST apprenticeship or equivalent program.
• Willingness to travel 60-75%.
• Able to work hours 6 am–6 pm Mon–Fri with possible nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides installation and troubleshooting for systems: voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, nurse call.
• Analyzes blueprints effectively for job site knowledge.
• Evaluates upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needs.
• Demonstrates ability to complete overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
• Leads small crews (2–5 electricians).
• Enforces a safe job site and maintains OSHA and customer-safety standards.
• Demonstrates excellent customer relations through problem-solving techniques.
• Performs other related duties as required.
