Job summary

Faith Technologies, Houston, TX, is seeking a Specialty Systems Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of building systems including voice and data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV and nurse call.

You will analyze blueprints, anticipate materials and training needs, lead small crews (2–5 electricians), and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site; travel 60–75% and occasional nights/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

Completion of EST Apprenticeship Program (if applicable).
Travel: 60-75% of time.
Work schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provides installation and troubleshooting for voice and data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, nurse call, and related systems.
Analyzes blueprints effectively for job site knowledge.
Evaluates upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needs.
Demonstrates the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
Leads small crews (2-5 electricians).
Enforces a safe job site and maintains compliance with company safety, OSHA and customer-specific standards.
Demonstrates excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
