Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Specialty Systems Technician to install and troubleshoot a wide range of systems including voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV and nurse call. The role requires analyzing blueprints, leading small crews of 2–5 electricians, and ensuring safety on site.

Travel will be 60-75% with a work schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and potential nights, weekends and holidays based on customer demands.

Qualifications

• Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program.
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; nights/weekends/holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Provides installation and troubleshooting for voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, nurse call, etc.
• Analyzes blueprints for job site knowledge.
• Evaluates upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needs.
• Completes overall job layout for small projects.
• Leads small crews (2–5 electricians).
• Enforces safe job site and OSHA standards; ensures customer safety requirements.
• Demonstrates strong customer relations and problem-solving.
