Job summary

Basesix in Georgia is seeking a skilled fire alarm technician to install, program and maintain systems in commercial settings. You will work on projects from installation through inspection and testing, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, documenting inspections, responding to emergency service calls, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NICET certification preferred – Level I, II, or III (experience or training required).
• Knowledge of NFPA standards a plus (including 70 and 72).
• Experience with commercial and residential systems.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on ladders and lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
