Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician in Denver, CO to join our team of experienced professionals in the fast-paced construction industry. You will install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems, read blueprints, and work with low voltage electrical systems including CCTV and access control.

You must have a high school diploma, 5 years of experience in low voltage systems, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intrusion systems, and Access Control.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals.
• Proficient in the use of test equipment, including multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
• Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
• Fire Alarm License is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and technical understanding.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Proven experience in fire alarm system installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• An in-depth understanding of electrical systems and fire safety knowledge.
