Job summary

Jobot in Denver, CO is seeking a Fire Alarm Install Lead responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial and industrial environments. You will lead a technical team, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship in every project.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, NICET II/CSA certification, read blueprints, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial fire alarm system installation, repair, and maintenance.
• CSA and/or NICET II is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of construction professionals.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different job sites as required.
• A commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with the use and maintenance of installation tools and equipment.
• Availability for emergency call‑outs and occasional weekend work.
