Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Technician for our Service Department who is passionate about growing in the low-voltage industry. You will install, test, and maintain fire alarm, access control, and other critical systems under the supervision of the Service Manager.

The role requires NICET II Fire Alarm, EL06 license, an enhanced driver’s license, and the ability to obtain US government clearance.

Qualifications

NICET II - Fire Alarm Systems certification required.
Licensed EL06 certification required.
Valid state enhanced driver’s license required.
Able to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage systems with professionalism and customer focus.
Work closely with the Service department staff to complete projects on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including OSHA safety standards.
Maintain company vehicle, uniform, and tools.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
