Job summary

HCI Systems is seeking skilled Fire Alarm Installers, Technicians and Foreman to join our team in Pasadena. You should be familiar with installation, commissioning of low voltage systems and have journeyman level experience.

On-site roles include installing fire life safety systems in medium and large commercial buildings, coordinating with the Project Manager, and guiding on-site teams. Certifications such as EST3/EST4 and an accredited apprenticeship are preferred; strong communication and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• EST3/EST4 certification required.
• Accredited apprenticeship program (ABC/WECA/WBFAA) completed.
• Active FLS certification a plus.
• Background and driving record clear.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install fire life safety and other low voltage systems in medium to large commercial buildings.
• Foreman to layout, direct on-site installers and coordinate with Project Manager.
• Technicians to program or have experience with low voltage systems (fire alarm, nurse call, access control, CCTV).
• Execute installation per plan including delivery, troubleshooting, commissioning, and interfacing with other trades.
• Read blueprints and specifications; identify out-of-scope work and communicate changes.
