Job summary

Century Fire Protection seeks a Lead Installer/Foreman to supervise installation and service of fire detection and life-safety systems in various buildings. You will work with security and access control systems, wiring, and panels, ensuring all work meets specifications and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on installation experience, the ability to read plans, and a commitment to quality. A pre-employment drug screen is required and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years construction experience preferred.
• Basic installation experience or education/training with alarm or security systems.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of low voltage components such as detectors and panels.
• Drill holes and feed cables through walls, ceilings, and conduit.
• Mount control panels and test devices to ensure proper operation.
• Test circuits, sensors, and programming; maintain safety standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
