A competitive salary range of $48,000–93,000 is offered based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in design of Fire Alarm systems.
• Ability to acquire appropriate licenses required by national, state, and local codes.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and plans own workload with design teams.
• Prepares detailed technical submissions meeting design criteria.
• Performs routine reviews of low complexity designs.
• Coordinates project submissions for small to medium systems.
• Reviews submissions for equipment application and compliance.
• Provides pre-sales estimate support to sales and project management teams.

Skills

Design of Fire Alarm systems

NICET Certification Level I or II+

AutoCAD proficiency

Reading architectural and electrical diagrams

Effective written and oral communications

Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

Education

High school degree or equivalent
