CertaSite is seeking a Fire Alarm & Suppression Technician who thrives on life safety and customer service. You will inspect, install, test, service and repair fire alarm systems and suppression equipment, ensuring compliance with NFPA codes and client requirements.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of technical experience with fire detection and signaling systems.
- NICET 1 Certification in Fire Alarm Systems.
- Must possess the ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals and percentages.
- Must be proficient with basic computer functions and industry software.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, inspection and testing of fire alarm and suppression systems per NFPA codes.
- Perform programming, testing, final inspections and customer training for installations; troubleshoot.Record and document inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and coordinate with personnel for follow-ups and quotes.
- On-site/off-site emergency troubleshooting of systems and notifying customers of issues.
