ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Fire Alarm Special Projects in our Fenton, MO office. The role manages multiple service projects, coordinates with clients and subcontractors, and ensures safety and quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in job experience a plus.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
• Knowledge of general construction and installation standard practices.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure projects stay within scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between Clients, General Contractors, Subcontractors and site staff.
• Authorize and approve project staffing decisions including superintendents and foremen.
• Provide direction for planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, approvals, invoices and change orders; ensure OSHA compliance.
