An established industry player is seeking a Commercial Service Technician with extensive fire and security experience to join their growing team in Maryland. Our client is seeking a Commercial Service Technician with strong fire experience to join their team as they expand their presence in MD.
The Technician will receive their service call schedule a week in advance, typically handling around 4 tickets per day. Call durations vary, from an hour to several days. Equipment will be shipped to the Technician's home for transport to customer sites, and a company vehicle will be provided.
The primary equipment focus includes Silent Knight and Potter systems. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have security experience, including troubleshooting and problem-solving on various alarm panels such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, Bosch, Honeywell, Vista, and others. Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass breaks, smoke, and CO detectors is a plus.
