Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a skilled technician to install, program, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm systems, access control and CCTV at customer sites in a reliable, safety-conscious manner.

The role involves wiring, panel programming, device replacement, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for successful on-site operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems including Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, CCTV and Security Systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading blueprints, submittals and operator manuals.
• Able to perform physical labor up to 50–70 lbs and work at heights or tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and program integrated security and fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, repair and service systems; respond to service calls promptly.
• Coordinate with central dispatch on work orders and updates.
