The role covers installation, programming, troubleshooting, configuration, commissioning, and servicing of fire alarm, access control and CCTV systems at customer sites, including panel repair and device replacement.

The position emphasizes organizing resources, working with technical teams, and after-hours service participation. Strong safety focus and ability to read blueprints are required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems including Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience reading blueprints, submittals, manuals
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug test

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, configure, commission, and service Fire Alarm, Access Control and CCTV systems on customer sites
• Organize technical resources and information for efficient task execution
• Program panels for fire alarm, security and access control systems, focusing on networked fire alarm systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
• Supervise and inspect installation to meet specs
• Complete required certification courses
• Submit all task-related documentation promptly
