Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial fire alarm and/or security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems.
• Service access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and other low-voltage systems.
• Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on customer systems.
• Diagnose equipment, wiring, and system issues.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Document service work, repairs, and recommendations.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable industry standards.
