Job summary

Houston Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Alarm/Portable Fire Extinguisher Technician for on-site work in Humble, TX. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, as well as inspections of portable extinguishers and adherence to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have low-voltage engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and licenses (FAL/FEL-B) or working toward them.

Qualifications

Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician based in Humble, TX. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. The technician will work closely with clients to ensure all safety protocols and standards are met and comply with regulatory requirements. Houston Fire & Security services & provides solutions for:

• Proficiency in low voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems
• Offering excellent customer service and inspections of portable fire extinguishers.
• Strong Skills in Troubleshooting and Life Safety Systems.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Experience with fire alarm systems and related safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Humble, TX.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Nicet or other related certifications a plus.
• Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguisher Technicians Licenses (FAL,FEL-B licenses required).
