Mann Wireless, Inc. in Central Florida seeks an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Representative to grow Mann Fire & Security across the region.

Build relationships with general/electrical contractors, property managers, and building owners to bring in new projects. Responsibilities include pursuing new construction fire alarm upgrades, collaborating with the estimating team on proposals, and turning bids into awarded contracts while maintaining existing client relationships and tracking

Mann Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Representative to help grow our business across Central Florida. We’re looking for someone who knows the fire alarm industry, has established relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, property managers, and building owners, and can bring in new projects.

Other Essential Functions

• Maintain any certifications or licenses required for the role.
• Exhibit professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and client‑specific appearance or safety requirements.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Central Florida area. Orlando‑Tampa area is ideal.
• Minimum 5 years of fire alarm sales experience.
• Strong relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, and building owners.
• Experience selling new construction fire alarm systems, system upgrades, and replacements.
• Ability to find new opportunities, follow up on bids, and close projects.
• Understanding of fire alarm systems, construction drawings, and the bidding process.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
