You will evaluate scope, manage costs and billings, negotiate with customers, and ensure NFPA 72 and local code compliance while delivering profitable projects. Strong PM or installation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary leader for installation teams on assigned projects and develops schedules.
• Evaluates scope, pursues change orders, and negotiates final settlement with customers.
• Manages costs, billings, collections, and maintains profitability goals.
• Reviews contract terms and monitors financial status for leadership reviews.
• Coordinates resources and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
• Ensures compliance with specifications, codes, and installation techniques.
