• Experience managing multiple projects from $500K-$3M and up to $5M yearly volume.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts $500K-$3M with a field staff and coordinating with installation teams.
• Lead fire alarm detection and suppression systems contracts as part of design-build or turnkey contracts.
• Develop cost estimates and proposals.
• Schedule and lead design and installation kick-off meetings.
• Plan projects to meet deadlines within budget.
• Oversee design quality and coordination with manufacturing/assembly.
