Job summary

Patriot Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm Program Manager to own projects from award through closeout, coordinating submittals, permitting, scheduling, and customer communication.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and disciplined project lifecycle management in a fast-growing service team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project coordination within fire protection, familiarity with NFPA 72, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management in fire alarm, fire protection, low-voltage, or related construction fields.
• Demonstrated success owning customer relationships and communications throughout a project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with NFPA 72 and permitting/AHJ processes; NICET certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite; experience with Procore or Viewpoint/Spectrum is a plus.
• Willingness to coordinate with various teams and communicate effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own schedule, budget, and deliverables for assigned fire alarm projects from award to closeout.
• Coordinate submittals and permitting with AHJs to keep projects on schedule.
• Schedule installation, programming, and testing with field and subcontractor teams.
