Job summary

DynaFire, LLC is seeking a DynaNet Installer/Technician to install, test, and service DynaNet fire alarm systems, ensuring high quality, safety, and minimal downtime. You will handle service calls, troubleshoot, and train customers on equipment usage.

A strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should have either a two-year electronics degree or one year of related field experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two-year electronics degree or at least 1 year of related field experience.
• Working knowledge of computers, communications systems, and VPN connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and program fire alarm panels and document work.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service-related issues and maintain composure with customers.
• Communicate needs and progress to all parties to ensure timely completion.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems per codes and standards.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment and safety practices.
• Maintain safety compliance with DynaFire and customer programs.
