Job summary

DynaFire in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a DynaNet Technician responsible for installation and maintenance of DynaNet. You will install and service systems to minimize downtime and maximize performance, while following safety and quality standards.

The role includes service calls as needed, problem-solving, and effective communication with customers and team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• The DynaNet installer shall possess a two-year electronics degree or at least 1 year of related field experience.
• A working knowledge of computers and communications systems is preferred but not required.
• You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a means of communicating via ISP for VPN connection.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer service related issues promptly and manages difficult customers with patience.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, program fire alarm systems and document to meet industry codes and standards.
• Hand and machine program fire alarm panels commonly installed by DynaFire.
• Train and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
• Maintain safety and proper use of construction tools and safety programs.
