Job summary

DynaFire LLC is seeking a DynaNet Technician responsible for installation and maintenance of DynaNet and fire alarm systems. You will service calls, test and program panels, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a two-year electronics degree or related experience, with strong communication and problem solving, plus VPN-enabled remote access capabilities and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Requires a two-year electronics degree or at least 1 year of related field experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and communications systems preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable ISP for VPN connection.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DynaNet systems to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
• Respond to customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Test, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems and maintain documentation.
• Communicate system needs clearly to all parties involved in the project.
• Ensure safety compliance with DynaFire and customer safety programs.
