Job summary

DynaFire LLC seeks a Fire Alarm Service Technician to perform service calls, install DynaNet, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year electronics degree or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer service-related issues promptly and communicates needs to complete the scope.
• Operates, tests, troubleshoots, programs fire alarm systems and documents to meet codes and standards.
• Ability to hand and computer program fire alarm panels commonly installed by DynaFire.
• Follows DynaFire policies and procedures.
• Trains and instructs customers on equipment use.
• Operates test equipment: volt meter, ohm meter, oscilloscope, multimeter, tone generator, battery tester.
