RapidFire Safety & Security in Moore, OK is seeking a Fire Services Sales Representative to open doors, build pipeline, and close opportunities with mid-sized commercial customers. You will sell code-compliant sprinkler and fire alarm systems, plus ongoing service agreements.

This is a hunter-role with base pay plus commission, plus a $500/month car allowance and $40/month phone allowance, plus a fuel card.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of sales experience in fire, life safety, security or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of mid-commercial accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and close deals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Stay current on industry developments to provide knowledgeable, consultative recommendations.
• Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism in all customer interactions.
