Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic Fire Alarm Inspector to join our amazing culture. You will test and inspect fire-alarm systems in assigned buildings, identify and report problems, and help maximize customer satisfaction, safety, and quality on all projects.

You will work with a dynamic team that supports growth as Convergint grows, with emphasis on safety, service, and hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
• Customer-facing role with focus on testing and inspection of fire-alarm systems.
• Ability to identify and report problems or deficiencies during inspections.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect commercial fire-alarm systems within assigned buildings.
• Identify and report problems or discrepancies found in inspected systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all inspections and testing.
• Monitor the fire-alarm panel and interact with building personnel as needed.
• Review reports and determine next steps, following safety policies.
