Job summary

You will document activities, adhere to safety policies, and handle equipment up to 70 lbs while working flexible shifts as needed.

The role requires a year of installation or service experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. NICET I within 1 year is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of installation or service experience in testing and inspecting fire alarm equipment.
• Self‑starter with ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude and quick learning.
• Capable of performing physical labor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Obtain NICET I within 1 year of employment.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office and smartphone skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical, sprinkler or suppression life safety product lines and similar manufacturers’ products.
• Test and inspect fire alarm systems for existing and new customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed using provided tools.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Work in unusual positions such as climbing ladders or high lift equipment.
• Occasionally work alternate shifts or weekends to meet customer needs.
• Perform duties in a safe and professional manner and keep the work area clean.
