Position Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Provide the inspection and testing of fire alarm equipment to comply with NFPA72 standards as well as state and local codes.
  • Maintain complete and accurate inspection report documentation, including deficiency repair recommendations.
  • Communicate with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
  • Interact professionally with customers.
  • Follow and maintain structured inspection schedules.
  • Communicate inspection status, changes or problems to supervisor or manager.
  • Work overtime when needed.
  • Complete required training and certifications within the time requirements for this role.
  • Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years’ experience in testing, inspecting, or servicing fire alarm, burglar alarms, video surveillance or access control systems.
  • MA Systems Technicians “D, A or B” license.
  • Valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NICET II and S-98 Certification.
  • Alarm System Notifier experience including troubleshooting and programming.

Salary: $69,000 - $85,700 base pay with additional available overtime.
