CENTURY FIRE PROTECTION LLC is looking for a qualified technician in Jacksonville, FL to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs on fire alarm and life safety systems. The role requires technical expertise and the ability to work independently in the field, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, technical training, and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on customer service and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience servicing fire alarm or life safety systems preferred.
• NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems preferred or required based on state.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, and local fire codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs on fire alarm systems.
• Diagnose system issues and complete timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of system work and compliance.
